This event featured a live performance by American pop singer Ne-Yo and witnessed the appearance of many celebrities like Sports Illustrated creative director Christopher Herick, Sports Illustrated editor Diane Smith, Cristiano Ronaldo’s girlfriend Irina Shayk, new actress Brooklyn Decker as well as TV personality Nick Lachey. Sports Illustrated, a North American sports magazine owned by media conglomerate Time Warner, attracts over 3.5 million subscribers and is read by 23 million adults each week. Its swimsuit issue, which has been published since 1964, now becomes an annual publishing event that is famous all over the world.
