Normally you would have to keep your brush wrapped up during the day while it is not being used, and when it comes time to clean the brush you would need old paint tin or containers, and enough solvent to rinse and re-rinse the brush until it's clean. As I wrote at the start, cleaning paint brushes is a messy job using water or oil based paints. You can't use a houshold sink, you would never get it clean and it is completely unacceptable to tip paint thinners down the sink. So you have to use a container and lots of solvent. Then you have to get rid of all that dirty solvent. The good news is that there is now a patented system which replaces the entire cleaning process.
