The Obamapup watch is still on. The new first dog will be arriving at the White House and running on the South Lawn soon. Word has it that it won't be a puppy so will already be trained, or at least somewhat, and won't be any of the breeds suggested by either the American Kennel Club or the American Canine Hybrid Club.
