The video attracts 13 million singles views from January 3, 2011. The 90-second clip is made and posted by The Columbus Dispatch newspaper cameraman. Officially named Ted Wlliams, he was once begged for money on the streets of Columbus. Ted Williams was born in 1957 and raised in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, New York. He is the father of seven girls and two boys. He has become homeless in Columbus after the substance abuse for ten years, but he has been sober for the last two years. The homeless man with golden voice also is reported use of addicted medicine, alcohol and repeated arrests. Thanks to the smooth announcing voice, Ted is dealing with a rush of fame.
