Local people had a good chance to learn how to make the cuisine of bibimbap and enjoy it at the Wanda Plaza in Chuangchun, the capital of northeast of Jilin Province, China on November 13, 2010. The Wanda Plaza's famous chefs skillfully "performed" the dish in a large hot stone pot with lots of eye-catching and tasteful ingredients for bibimbap. Bibimbap is a traditional Korean dish with warm rice mixed with meat, gochujang and some special vegetables such as namul, julienned cucumber, zucchini, etc in a hot stone pot. It took the whole day for chefs to prepare and complete the giant bowl of bibimbap. China's hugest bibimbap was 2 meters long in diameter, needed 150 kilograms of rice and 50 kilograms of vegetables in total.
