The triteness with which this film deals with race relations makes Guess Who's Coming to Dinner look like Do the Right Thing. Toy Story’s universe has been keeping pace with the changing time. The naughty boy is 17 years old now and is going to step into the college gate. Old toys such as the cowboy Woody, the astronaut Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, a couple of potatoes and the dog Slinky begin to displace with an uncertain future. It is thought that they are going to have a good life when accidentally donated to Sunnyside, a child care center. However, the group split up because of unnecessary misunderstanding. While Woody finds his way back to the old owner, others decide to settle down in Sunnyside. Everything suddenly changes when Buzz and Jessie realizes that the kids here are more naughty and mischievous than they think. Furthermore, their lives are not peaceful at all. There seems to be a mysterious power in Sunnyside. Although “Toy Story 3” is a cartoon for children, viewers of all ages will love it for the meaningful content. read more
